How can we help?

After a successful purchase, tickets are immediately available in the 'My Tickets' section of your profile. You will also receive an email confirmation with a download link.

Refund policies are set by the event organizer. You can request a refund through your order details page, but approval is at the organizer's discretion unless the event is cancelled.

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and trusted payment processors (like PayFast) to handle all transactions. We do not store your full credit card details.

On every event page, there is a 'Contact Organizer' button. You can also reply directly to your ticket confirmation email.

Payouts are processed 24-48 hours after your event successfully concludes. Ensure your bank details are updated in your organizer dashboard.
