Payments & Refunds

We charge a small service fee on top of the ticket price to cover platform costs and payment processing:

• Ticket Buyer Fee: 5% + R5.00 (varies by currency) per paid ticket.
• Organizer Fee: 0% (Free for organizers to list).
• Free Events: Always free for both organizers and attendees.

All refund requests are subject to the event organizer's policy. Generally:

• If an event is canceled by the organizer, you receive a full refund automatically.
• If you can no longer attend, contact the organizer via your ticket page to request a refund. Approvals are at their discretion.
• Service fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.

We accept secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Instant EFT (where supported). All transactions are encrypted and processed by PayFast.
