Need Help with a Specific Event?

If you have questions about ticket sales, venue details, or event policies, the best way to get answers is often by reaching out directly to the event organizer.

Steps to Contact
  1. Navigate to the Event Page: Open the event listing on OnlyFriends.
  2. Find the "Organizer" Section: Look for the "Organizer" block, usually located below the event details.
  3. Click the "Contact" Button: This will open a contact form or reveal their contact information.
  4. Compose Your Message: Be specific and polite. Include your order number if applicable.

Important Tips

  • Allow 24-48 hours for a response, especially during busy periods.
  • Check the event FAQ first; your answer might already be there.
  • Be wary of scammers asking for payment outside of the OnlyFriends platform.
